Complaint first
Before starting any mediation, send us your written complaint at contact@attolle.com, or call +33 (0)4 28 29 08 16. Give your order number and the precise subject of your request: that lets us handle the case without an intermediate exchange.
Referral to the mediator
Having sent a written complaint to BME CONSULTING's customer service, and in the absence of a satisfactory amicable solution, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we come under:
CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice
49 rue de Ponthieu
75008 Paris
France
Website: www.cm2c.net
Email: declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net
The request can be filed directly on the mediator's website or sent by post.
Conditions of admissibility
To be admissible, the request for mediation must have been preceded by a written complaint to BME CONSULTING and be brought within the period set by the French Consumer Code, that is at most one year from that complaint. The dispute must not already have been examined by another mediator or brought before a court.
Mediation is free of charge for the consumer and does not prevent you from taking legal action.
