About this product
Single-unit portable air conditioner, to set down and vent through an opening. It cools, ventilates and dehumidifies — it does not heat.
4,100 BTU, that is 1,200 W of cooling capacity. No installation, no building work: you set it down, direct the hose outside, plug it in. Condensate is re-evaporated, so there is no tray to empty.
What sets it apart: it accepts 12 V, 24 V and 220 V. It is the model in the range designed for a vehicle as much as for a wall socket. R290 refrigerant, 13 kg, 220 V~50 Hz. Stated sound level 50 dB. Supplied with its remote, exhaust hose, window adapter kit and drain hose.
What we are not stating yet. The floor area advised by the manufacturer, which we will publish as soon as the manual reaches us — not before.
Shipping and returns
Order dispatched within 24 hours. Then allow around ten days for delivery: because of their weight, air conditioners travel with a specialist carrier and are delivered to your door. Shipping is calculated in the cart before payment, and nothing is added after the order.
You may withdraw for 14 days after delivery; the estimated maximum cost of a return is €90. See Delivery and lead times and Returns and withdrawal.
Warranty and after-sales
Two years, parts and labour. Those two years are the statutory warranty of conformity, which we apply at no cost to you: the return, the repair or replacement and the reshipment are all on us.

Compliance and documents
Portable air conditioners fall under Regulation (EU) 626/2011 on energy labelling. The energy label and the product fiche will be published here as soon as the reference is registered in the EPREL database.
We are changing supplier on this range: the refrigerant, the power figures and the EU Declaration of Conformity for the new model will be published as soon as the manual reaches us. The real state of our documents is kept up to date on the Our checks page.
WHAT THIS PRODUCT CANNOT DO
It does not heat. This model is not reversible: cooling, dehumidifying, fan and night mode, nothing else.
The hot air has to be vented outside through the supplied hose. Without venting, a single-unit machine heats the room instead of cooling it.
4,100 BTU, that is 1,200 W of cooling capacity: this is a supplementary unit, for a van, a tent or a small room, not for a living room. The floor area advised by the manufacturer will be published as soon as the manual reaches us.
The 12 V and 24 V supply is stated by the manufacturer: we will check the current required before claiming that a Volta station is enough to run it.

What people ask us about the air conditioners
Does the hot air have to be vented outside?
Yes. A single-unit air conditioner expels through its hose the heat it takes out. If that hose does not end up outside, the unit heats the room instead of cooling it. In a van, a tent or on a boat, plan a way through to the outside.
Can it run from a Volta power station?
Yes, provided you size on the station's continuous output: 1,000 W for the Volta 1000, 1,600 W for the Volta 1600. We will publish the exact power draw of each air conditioner as soon as the new supplier's manual reaches us.
Do your air conditioners also heat?
No. Our models cool, ventilate and dehumidify. None of them is reversible. Many competing listings credit this kind of unit with a heating function: check the manual before you buy.
Is there water to drain?
An air conditioner produces condensate. Depending on the model, some of it is re-evaporated and the rest leaves through a drain hose. Plan to direct that hose outside or into a tray, especially in humid air.
